Applications are invited for initial recruitment to the following permanent posts in the various departments of Government of Balochistan:
Health Department:
Two (02) posts of Assistant Professor (Cardiac Surgery)
(B-18) in the BMC, Quetta.
Qualification/Experience:
i. MBBS or equivalent Medical qualification
recognized/registered by the Pakistan Medical Council.
ii. FCPS/MS/MD in the respective specialty OR other
equivalent qualifications in the relevant specialty recognized /registered by
the Pakistan Medical Council.
Three years teaching /practical experience in the
respective specialty in the recognized institution in order of the following
preference:-
First Preference: - Teaching experience.
Second Preference: - Practical Experience after
post-graduation.
Third Preference: - Practical experience
before post-graduation.
Age Limit: 27 to 40 years plus 43 years
general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan (In case of
the person already in Government Service with at least three years’ service
upper age limit shall not apply).
Gender: Both male and female candidates are
eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs test in the relevant
subject.
Two (02) posts of Senior Registrar (Endocrinology) (B-18)
in the BMC, Quetta.
Qualification/Experience:
i. MBBS OR equivalent Medical qualification recognized by
the PMC.
ii. FCPS/MS/MD in the respective specialty OR other
equivalent qualification in the relevant specialty recognized/ registered by
the PMC.
Age Limit: 27 to 40 years plus 43 years general upper age
relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan (In case of the person already
in Government Service with at least three years’ service upper age limit shall
not apply).
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs Test in the relevant specialty.
Nine (09) posts of General Surgeon (B-18) in the Emergency
& Trauma Center, Quetta.
Four (04) posts of Anesthetist (B-18) in the Emergency
& Trauma Center, Quetta.
Four (04) posts of Orthopedic Surgeon (B-18) in the Emergency
& Trauma Center, Quetta.
One (01) post of Neuro Surgeon (B-18) in the Emergency
& Trauma Center, Quetta.
One (01) post of Radiologist (B-18) in the Emergency &
Trauma Center, Quetta.
Qualification /Experience (for S. No.03to 07):
i. MBBS AND
ii. FCPS, Ms/MD, M.Phil.OR other equivalent Postgraduate
qualifications recognized by Pakistan Medical Council OR Minor postgraduate
diploma like MCPS etc. OR other equivalent qualifications in the relevant
subjects recognized by the Pakistan Medical Council with atleast three years
practical experience in the specialty before OR after postgraduate
qualification.
Explanatory Notes: i. Preference will be given
to candidates in the following order: (a) Degree/Major Diploma Holders (b)
Medium Diploma Holders (c) Minor Diploma Holders.
ii. Period of House Job will not be counted towards
experience.
iii. The period of registrar-ship will be counted as
experience.
iv. Vienna Diploma Holder will be disqualified from
30.9.1988 the date, the Pakistan Medical Council issued instructions regarding
derecognizing the Vienna Diploma.

Eight (08) posts of Physiotherapist (B-17)
Qualification/ Experience:
B.Sc. Physiotherapy OR B.S Physiotherapy at least in 2nd
Division OR D.P.T from a recognized University with one year’s post
qualification experience in any health facility recognized by Pakistan Medical
Council.
Age Limit: 21 to 35 yearsand general
upper age relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are
eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs test in the relevant
subject.
Twenty Five (25) posts of Health Management Cadre (B-17).
Qualification:
a) i. MBBS/BDS OR an equivalent qualification from a
recognized University/Institute; AND
ii. Be registered in Pakistan Medical Council. b) Master’s
Degree in Public Health OR Higher qualification in Public Health OR Health/
Hospital Administration OR DMCH (Pb)/DHA(Pb)/ M.Sc (Community Eye Health) from
a University recognized by HEC OR PMC.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years and general
upper age relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Government of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are
eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs test in the relevant
subjects
Five (05) posts of English Tutor (B-17).
Qualification:
Master’s Degree at least in Second Division in English from
a recognized University Age Limit: 18 to 28 yearsand general upper age
relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are
eligible.
Syllabus: Subjective paper in the
relevant subject.
Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department
Seven (07) posts of Assistant District Attorney (B-18).
Qualification/ Experience:
a) Degree in Law at least second division from a recognized
University; AND
b) Five (05) years’ experience as an Advocate/ Government
Pleader or Public Prosecutor.
Age Limit:27 to 35 years and general
upper age relaxation upto 43 years granted by the Government of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are
eligible.
Building, Physical, Planning & Housing Department
Qualification:
a) Bachelor’s Degree at least in Second Division in the
relevant Technologies i.e. Civil from a recognized university; AND
b) Having Registration as Engineer with Pakistan
Engineering Council.
Gender:Both (Male/Female) candidates are
eligible.
Age Limit:18 to 28 years and general
upper age relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Syllabus:MCQs Test in the relevant
technology.
Livestock & Dairy Development Department
Twenty Seven (27) posts of Veterinary Officer (B-17).
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree at least in Second Division in Animal
Husbandry/Veterinary Science from a recognized University; OR
2. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Animal
Husbandry/Veterinary Science from a recognized University; AND
3. Having Valid Registration with Pakistan Veterinary
Medical Council.
Gender:Both (Male/Female) are eligible.
Age Limit:21 to 35 years and general
upper age relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Syllabus:MCQs test in the relevant
subject.
ADVERTISEMENT CLOSING DATE 30thDecember, 2022 (Friday)
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
a) All applications for Initial Recruitment in BPS-16 and
above must be submitted online through BPSC’s website www.bpsc.gob.pk. No
hardcopy of online application is required from the applicants. However, those
applicants who do not have access to internet facility, are allowed to submit
their applications on the prescribed form must reach the Balochistan Public
Service Commission, Quetta by hand or by mail on or before the closing date
i.e. 30thDecember, 2022. Application form available at BPSC website giving
detailed particulars in the light of prescribed conditions for the post applied
for.
b) It will be mandatory for the candidates to bring
original CNIC, Treasury Receipt (Green Challan) and downloaded copy of
Admission Certificate/Roll no slip at the time of Screening/ Written Test. (The
candidates should realize that original CNIC and original Treasury Receipt
(Green Challan) would be admissible as a valid document. It is reiterated that
the candidates must preserve the original T.R and do not send the same to BPSC
office in advance, so as to avoid any inconvenience at the time of entry in the
Examination Halls).
c) Those candidates who have submitted their application by
hand or sent by mail/post, their roll no slips will be dispatched to their
postal address as well as they will be intimated through sms.
d) Admission Certificates/Roll no slips for Screening
(MCQ’s Test/Written test) for posts applied will be placed on the website of
BPSC i.e. www.bpsc.gob.pk. Candidates are advised to frequently visit this
website. They will be intimated through SMS as well.
e) No extra time is allowed for postal transit etc.
APPLICATION FEE: The Candidates are required
to deposit theoriginal treasury receipt ofRs. 1000 for BPS-18 ,Rs. 600 and for
BPS-17 The amount should be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank of
Pakistan only in the province of Balochistan or Government Treasury authorized
to transact business on behalf of Government of Balochistan under the Head
C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM.FEE RECEIPT BPSCwith incorporating the relevant
RCO/District-wise Code in Challan.The RCO/District-wise code is available on
the official website of this Commission i.e. www.bpsc.gob.pk.
