UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, FAISALABAD SITUATION VACANT

 

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the Sustainability of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Campus Management System (CMS) on lump sum salary basis for following non-teaching positions: -

 

(1) ERP SPECIALIST (Number of positions: 02)

 

Required qualification from HEC recognized Institution: Four years BS(CS)/ Two years MSc or MCS in Computer Science/ MS (CS) or MPhil in Computer Science.

 

Required Experience: At-least 2 years of experience in ERP solution implementation (like Oracle, Microsoft, SAP and etc) in Education/IT/Manufacturing/Software Development Sector. Preference will be given to candidates having proven experience in any one of the ERP module like Financials, HRM, Procurement. Term: Contractual Post.

 

Salary: Equivalent to PPS-8, i.e. Rs. 125,000/- p.m. with 5% increase per annum (Salary may be revised on time to time basis as per the approval of Competent forum)

 

(2) CMS SPECIALIST (Number of positions: 02)

 

Required qualification from HEC recognized Institution: Four years BS(CS)/Two years MSc or MCS in Computer Science/ MS (CS) or M.Phil in Computer Science.

 

Required Experience: At-least 2 years of experience in Software solution development / implementation environment of Education/IT/Manufacturing / software development sector. Preference will be given to candidates having proven experience in any one of the software module like Online Admissions, Library Management System, Fee Management System and etc.

 

Term: Contractual Post

 

Salary: Equivalent to PPS-8, i.e. Rs. 125,000/- p.m. with 5% increase per annum (Salary may be revised on time to time basis as per the approval of Competent forum).

 

(3) ASSISTANT WEB DEVELOPER (Number of positions: 01)

 

Required qualification from HEC recognized Institution: Four years BS(CS)/ Two years MSC or MCS in Computer Science/ MS (CS) or MPhil in Computer Science.

 

Required Experience: At-least 02 years of experience in ERP/CMS solution development / implementation in Education/IT/ Manufacturing/software development sector. Preference will be given to candidates having proven experience in any one of the software modules like Financials, HRM, Procurement, Online Admissions, Library Management System, Fee Management System.

 

Term: Contractual Post

 

Salary: Equivalent to PPS-8, i.e. Rs. 125,000/- p.m. with 5% increase per annum (Salary as per the approval of Competent forum) (4)

 

DATA ANALYST (Number of positions: 04)

 

Required qualification: Graduation.

 

Required Experience: At-least 02 years of experience in renowned organization having ERP System. Proven experience of

 

Analyzing data, report writing, Data migration techniques, Business Analysis & Design.

 

Term: Contractual Post Salary: Equivalent to PPS-7, i.e. Rs. 90,000/- p.m. with 5% increase per annum (Salary may be revised on time to time basis as per the approval of Competent forum)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. The candidates who fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria may submit their applications on the prescribed form available at www.uaf.edu.pk alongwith one passport size photograph, CV, attested copies of all educational & experience documents and Bank Draft (non-refundable) amounting to Rs.1000/- for each post to be drawn in favour of the Treasurer, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.

 

2. Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/Intuitions will be considered.

 

3. Candidates who are certified in anyone of ERP/ CMS module or those who are currently working in similar environment will be given preference.

 

4. Experience means the experience gained after acquiring the basic requisite qualification for the posts.

 

5. After scrutinizing the applications, only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

 

6. Successful candidates will be hired on contractual basis (initially for a period of one year, which may be extended on satisfactory performance).

 

7. The University reserves the rights not to fill any positions or withhold appointment against any position without assigning the reason.

 

8. University shall not be responsible upon delayed/Non-Receipt of Call Letters due to any lapse of Courier agency / Post Office etc.

 

9. All the positions are on lump sum salary basis and no claim for regularization shall be entertained.

 

10. Applications should be reached in the office of the Director, Human Resource (Establishment Section) by 27-01-2023 during office hours. Incomplete application(s) or submitted after due date will not be considered.
